How To See The Big Bang

How can you see an event that occurred literally at the dawn of time, as we know it?
The Big Bang occurred around 13.7 billion years ago. Whilst we can't watch the 'Bang' itself, whatever that may be, we CAN still see the effects of the Big Bang.
If you turn on an analogue TV that is not tuned to any particular station, you will see what looks like a screen of black and white fuzzy dots. This interference you are picking up is background radiation in part resulting from the Big Bang.
It's an astonishing thought - some of those patterns of interference you see were caused by an event that occurred some 13.7 billion years ago!
