Therefore you need to be persistent and know that a knock back often does not reflect on the quality of the book you have on offer.
You should also try to be an expert on the category that you target. For instance you may be an excellent writer but if your book does not fit the 'standards' of that category you may have little joy.
Example: books on certain topics are always of around the same length. Write something notably shorter or longer and you may have no joy in getting a sale.
