When you are bored, why not learn a new game, for instance how to play poker. This is a fun game to play and a great social skill in that it is so popular now that if you know how to play it then you can have access to a greater social scene.
The rules of poker are pretty simple to follow and therefore it is not too hard to learn; though when to bet and call and reading reactions and when to bluff stone cold and shove all your chips in is a skill that comes with time and intuition really!
You are dealt two cards, then three more, then one more, then one more.
You need to make the best hand that you can to win outright, but that's where the bluff comes in - no matter what you have if your opponent lays their hand down, then you win!
